The WCNA Board and Home Tour committee will continue “Art Spaces” as part of our 43rd Annual Home Tour, September 6 & 7, 2025.
Around the city you’ll find various neighborhood artist studio tours organized and marketed by the participating artists. It’s a lot of work for you. The Association would like to make this happen for you, our West Central Artists, here during the Home Tour, without you having to do the organizing and marketing. Would you be interested in opening your home/studio/sidewalk/yard/porch to the tour participants?
We make it easy. We do the Art Space marketing along with the rest of the Home Tour, put your name and address on the tour map noting that you are hosting an Art Space, add it to our press releases, FB posts, and advertising copy. We only ask that you remain open during the hours of the tour, Saturday September 6 and Sunday September 7 from 11 am to 5 pm.
Please note: This opportunity is restricted to individuals who live in or already have an existing Art Space in West Central.

For the $50 fee the Artists receive:
- INCLUSION ON BROCHURE TOUR MAP
- LISTING OF NAME, ADDRESS, AND WEBSITE IN BROCHURE
- ART SPACES WILL BE MENTIONED IN SELECT PRESS RELEASES, FACEBOOK POSTS, INSTAGRAM POSTS, AND OTHER ADVERTISING COPY. THIS IS A BIG EVENT WITH LOTS OF INFORMATION SO YOU WILL NOT BE MENTIONED IN EVERY POST AND WE URGE EACH ARTIST TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES AND THE TOUR.
- WEST CENTRAL HOME & GARDEN TOUR ART SPACE SIGN IN FRONT OF YOUR PROPERTY. YOU MAY SUPPLEMENT WITH ADDITIONAL SIGNS AS YOU WISH.
- BONDING WITH NEIGHBORS AND OUR GRATITUDE.
This will be the fourth year for Art Spaces and we have noticed that spaces that happen to be located along the tour route (which changes each year) typically get more visitors. As the list of homes is solidified, we will work to share it with you in a timely manner.
