The deadline for paying your invoice and submitting your ad artwork is July 31, 2024. This is a hard deadline, and new sponsorships or ads will not be accepted after that day.
The ad sizing and specs can be found on the sponsorship form.

Who is (or is not) eligible to sponsor the event?
Our number one goal is historic preservation of these beautiful homes and the historic character they possess. Because of that, we have a few rules pertaining to who can and can’t sponsor our event:
- Sponsorships of any type and size do not include or imply a stop on the Tour. Home & business inclusions for the Tour are all determined by the Tour Committee and are based on merit and need.
- Owners/Developers/Contractors who do not follow HPC guidelines cannot be sponsors of the Tour and/or have properties listed on the Tour. The WCNA Board of Directors will be the final arbiter of this rule.
- Sponsors may not include any political candidates. Non-partisan groups may be accepted.
- The top sponsorship is capped at $3,000 and has a clearly defined marketing inclusion. Nothing beyond this will be accepted or negotiated.
