The WCNA Board and Home Tour committee will continue “ArtSpaces” as part of our 42nd Annual Home Tour, September 7 & 8, 2024. Last year’s participating artists have encouraged us to host this aspect of the Tour again this year.
Around the city you’ll find various neighborhood artist studio tours organized and marketed by the participating artists. It’s a lot of work for you. The Association would like to make this happen for you, our West Central Artists, here during the Home Tour, without you having to do the organizing and marketing. Would you be interested in opening your home/studio/sidewalk/yard/porch to the tour participants?
We make it easy. We do the ArtSpaces marketing along with the rest of the Home Tour, put your name and address on the tour map noting that you are hosting an ArtSpace, add it to our press releases, FB posts, any advertising. We only ask that you remain open during the hours of the tour, Saturday September 7 and Sunday September 8 from 11 am to 5 pm.
Please note: This opportunity is restricted to individuals who live in or already have an existing ArtSpace in West Central.
Participation fee is $50, which can be paid via credit card or Paypal. Pay with the Pay Now button below.
For the $50 fee the Artists receive:
- INCLUSION ON BROCHURE TOUR MAP
- LISTING OF NAME, ADDRESS, AND WEBSITE IN BROCHURE
- ARTSPACES WILL BE MENTIONED IN SELECT PRESS RELEASES, FACEBOOK POSTS, INSTAGRAM POSTS, AND OTHER ADVERTISING. THIS IS A BIG EVENT WITH LOTS OF INFORMATION SO YOU WILL NOT BE MENTIONED IN EVERY POST AND WE URGE EACH ARTIST TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES AND THE TOUR.
- WEST CENTRAL HOME & GARDEN TOUR ARTSPACE SIGNAGE IN FRONT OF YOUR PROPERTY. YOU MAY SUPPLEMENT WITH ADDITIONAL SIGNS AS YOU WISH.
- BONDING WITH NEIGHBORS AND OUR GRATITUDE.
THIS WILL BE THE THIRD YEAR FOR ARTSPACES AND WE HAVE NOTICED SPACES THAT HAPPEN TO BE LOCATED ON THE TOUR ROUTE (WHICH CHANGES EVERY YEAR) GET MORE VISITORS. WE WILL WORK TO UPDATE YOU WITH A CURRENT LIST OF THE HOMES TO BE TOURED, FOR YOUR INFORMATION.
