Fort Wayne’s Premier Arts Neighborhood, West Central Presents 2026 WEST CENTRAL ART SPACES!
September 12 & 13, 2026
A chance for Artists that live and work in West Central to open up their work space and/or display space for the thousands of Home and Garden Tour and Arts Fest Visitors.
Art Spaces will be open to the public, 11- 5, both Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th without a ticket or fee for visitors.
There will be Signs out front to identify the locations, and signs to lead people to locations, a map and the Artists’ contact information in the thousands of brochures handed out… all for the low fee of $50!
Experience has shown the spaces on the Tour route do better. So as soon as we know the route, we will get the info out to you. Plenty of arrows signs will direct visitors to Art Spaces off the route.
Signs will be supplied a couple of weeks ahead of the tour. A tour representative will be around both days to check on any problems .
Please note: This opportunity is restricted to individuals who live in or already have an existing Art Space, house, gallery, or studio in West Central.

For the $50 fee the Artists receive:
- INCLUSION ON BROCHURE TOUR MAP
- LISTING OF NAME, ADDRESS, AND WEBSITE IN BROCHURE
- ART SPACES WILL BE MENTIONED IN SELECT PRESS RELEASES, FACEBOOK POSTS, INSTAGRAM POSTS, AND OTHER ADVERTISING COPY. THIS IS A BIG EVENT WITH LOTS OF INFORMATION SO YOU WILL NOT BE MENTIONED IN EVERY POST AND WE URGE EACH ARTIST TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES AND THE TOUR.
- WEST CENTRAL HOME & GARDEN TOUR ART SPACE SIGN IN FRONT OF YOUR PROPERTY. YOU MAY SUPPLEMENT WITH ADDITIONAL SIGNS AS YOU WISH.
- BONDING WITH NEIGHBORS AND OUR GRATITUDE.
