The WCNA’s Preliminary Guidelines on Retaining Walls and Landscaping

On June 6, 2024, the West Central Historic Preservation Committee sent proposed guidelines to the West Central Neighborhood Association Board of Directors outlining their stance on the installation of retaining walls in our historic neighborhood and guidelines for front yard landscaping.
