TBD March 2025 – Egg Hunt
You’re invited to the 6th annual WCNA Egg Hunt! This event is open to all kids who live in West Central. Bring a basket and hunt some treat-filled eggs! We’ll have 3 different areas for the hunt based on age: 0-3 years old, 4-6 years old, and 7+. Eggs will be filled with individually wrapped candy, stickers, and temporary tattoos. The eggs go FAST, so don’t be late! If it rains, keep an eye on our Facebook page for a reschedule announcement.

TBD 2025 – Neighborhood Cleanup and TV/Tire Collection Day
Join us as we tidy up our neighborhood, including picking up trash, trimming bushes, clearing debris from alleyways, and more. Meet at the corner of Wilt and Van Buren. We will provide gloves, trash grabbers, loppers, trash bags, and more.
TBD June 2025 – Neighborhood Yard Sales
Join us for a weekend of yard sales all around West Central. You never know what hidden treasures you’ll find and deals you’ll get on antiques and art! Homeowners make their own hours. The best stuff goes early!
TBD July 2025 – Neighborhood Block Party
Food, games, bounce houses, and prizes for the kids. This annual event is held at Moody Park and is open to all residents of the West Central neighborhood.
TBD September 2025 – Neighborhood Cleanup
Let’s spruce up the neighborhood before the Home & Garden Tour! Meet in the front of Emmanuel Lutheran on W. Jefferson at 6pm to divvy up the duties. Our focus will be the route to and from our 10 tour stops. We’ll bring garbage bags and a few reachers, but if you have gloves or any other equipment you’d like to have, please bring it along.
September 6-7, 2025 – Home & Garden Tour and ArtsFest
