We need your help to make this year’s West Central Home & Garden Tour and Arts Fest a success!
Join our Planning Committee
Our Committee consists of about 20 residents. We meet periodically starting in January/February, then meet monthly closer to the event. Committee members can sign up for a larger commitment (like Volunteer Coordinator or House Captain Manager), join a sub-committee (like Sponsorships or Tour Stop Selection), or simply offer their help on smaller tasks as they pop up. Volunteer at the Event
When you sign up to volunteer at the West Central Home and Garden Tour, you’ll serve a three-hour shift at one of our tour stops. No experience is needed as we offer pre-event instruction and specific, easy details when you arrive for your shift. Your job will be to direct visitors and read aloud any interesting info the homeowner left for you.
As a thank you for your service, you’ll receive a free ticket to the tour (one ticket per volunteer shift worked) so you can enjoy our homes as well. You’ll also receive an invitation to our pre-tour party, which happens the Friday before the event.
