WCNA continues to work on CHDO recertification process. It has taken longer than originally expected

Tom Cain working on floor plan for all 4
houses

Preliminary interest by four separate
contractors who might be open to resorting homes.

NEW BUSINESS/ANNOUNCEMENTS

Parks & Recreation – asking for support for the
city to request grant funding for tree replacement

Motion made by Mike Anderson for WCNA to submit an entry
for our neighborhood. Larry Codding seconded; vote taken, passed. David Long to send letter.

Tree Canopy
o
Upcoming planting event scheduled for November 6 – call if you would like
to volunteer, brochures made available at the meeting for contact information.

Holiday Lighting Contest
o
Sentimental Journeys and WCNA co-sponsoring a
traditional lighting contest for the holidays.

WCNA sponsoring $75.00 toward prizes
