· Planning Committee
o City façade grant plan – 8 people have contacted the city for assistance
o Next meeting is October 22, 2007, at 6:30 p.m.
· CCW – next meeting at 6:30 p.m. on October 16, 2007.

Problems have occurred recently with 1300 W.

o Open House to be held November 4, 2007, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
o One major inquiry so far – the person saw the house on the H & G tour – needs income verification

2008 Officers nominating committee

Nominating committee was unable to come up with
individuals to run for office

At last board meeting, the board decided to
amend the By-Laws to allow current officers to serve for more than two
consecutive terms

Scott Greider needs a

· M. Anderson made a motion to support Scott’s request with Scott writing the variance in his own words – M. Walsh seconded – motion passes
