o Scott Greider gave update on Emmanuel Area 3 Plan
§ Heather Presley has the plan and should have answer by March 31st
§ If money is available will be able to move forward
o Street signs - banners won’t work because lights are too low and banners would not be high enough off the ground
· CCW
o Work on mission statement
o Trevin Brown – area liaison officer can provide crime reports for West central
o L. Codding mentions issue of sex offenders on the sex offender program – will line up speaker to explain program
§ Trevin Brown has been speaker for Kiwanis in the past
· House Tour
o Large turnout on February 24, 2009, at Mike and Casi’s home
o Suggestion was made to move meeting to a larger facility – Firehouse would be better – will check into using Firehouse for future meetings
o Next meeting is March 24, 2009, at 7:00 p.m.

LHD – Meeting has been set for April 21,
2009, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Two issues – Section 14 involving erosion along

suggesting an 1100-foot wall along Thieme Drive at
intersection of Thieme, Nelson, and West Berry

to thank city for its efforts – second by L. Codding

Issue was raised by owner of McCullough House
that they were not too happy with what the city had done, so letter should
