· Minutes from meeting of September 2007, accepted and approved
· Treasurer’s Report: about $10,000 net worth – no exact figures
PLANNING
· 4-6 weeks to wrap up
· WCNA will probably use real estate agent to sell property
· Have had no more calls since House Tour
· Clean-up of property will need to be done
· Make sign to thank those involved
· Discussion about having an Open House

Tom suggested WCNA contact neighbors of empty
lots to see if they had any objections to planting trees – Jill said perhaps it
wasn’t such a good idea

Casi asked if there
wasn’t some way to clean up the neighborhood

Youth services and/or inmates was suggested
·
Treasurer slate could not be filled – no one
would step forward to take the position

re: part-time bookkeeper

A. Hofer suggested position should be
streamlined so it isn’t so much of a burden

Discussion was held as to the length of time set
for retaining offices – it is currently two years
·
M. Anderson made motion to modify Article 7 of
the Bylaws to read that officers could hold office for four consecutive yearly
terms
