· MW made motion to donate $75 to Local 124 Firefighters Union for NNO MA seconded passed
· Charrette being organized no new date yet
· Letter to Greg Meszaros cc: to Rod Renkenberger, Dan Stockman, and Kim Stier
· Overlook is set for repairs sometime in September
· New lighting replace concrete
PAVERS

Greg Leatherman was
contacted by JS to ask about pavers at 1309
· Idea is to possibly salvage bricks by WCN residents
· Will be discussed at next meeting

LONG TERM DEVELOPMENT
· JD: CHODO takes a lot of time
· Discussed possible part-time staffing to help with CHODO
· If CHODO hours are excluded, JD would be back at regular hours
· Discussed list of places for rehabbing potential projects

· City needs to clean parking lot at VanBuren and Wilt
· Starbucks check on free coffee for meetings
