· Minutes from meeting of January 2007, accepted and approved
· Treasurer’s Report: approved (see attached)
· Membership: Individual – 46; Business – 3; Organizations – 1 - total 50
PRESENTATION
Patrice Hunsberger presented an idea for fundraising using the “Green Living Guide”
The Guide would sell for $15 – the Guide costs $5 so the profit would be $10
OLD BUSINESS
· No buyers yet
· Michael Poorman has shown interest
· LM loan will be at the Tower Bank

The ARCH-owned property at 802-804
· Gen Com withdrew its application for a cell phone tower at the 1427 Broadway location

· Jill’s independent contract was expanded to include historic preservation

· Kevin Knuth is to manage website – will re-design and will do for nothing
· Do we want to switch the work to the new employee
NEW BUSINESS
Planning Committee
· Monday after the general meeting will seek new members for committee
· City would like for WCNA to carry petitions to ensure historic designation of new area to be added
· Parking along Washington – VanBuren to Garden
§ Will ask for a vote at the general meeting
· The city is sending reps to attend the general meeting to discuss the parking and the historic district expansion
CEDIT
· Requests are due by March 15, 2008 – roughly $450,000 to distribute
· Water fountain was again mentioned as well as garbage containers

· May be possible to arrange walking tours through West Central during the Three Rivers festival
